On-page SEO refers to the SEO building tactics you use within your own website pages and between those pages.
Good on-page SEO is about structuring the content on a page so that the search engines understand the focus of that page – and how it relates to supporting pages.
There is no perfect formula for optimizing a web page, but there are some basic tenets that should be followed, including the use of descriptive keywords in your title tags, the page URL, image ALT tags, header tags, on-page links and their anchor text.
Site speed, page architecture, and a host of other factors also have an effect.
