As the tour progresses, you take the opportunity to address neighborhood and community attributes, financing opportunities and the way the property flows. It’s not just about the property, it’s about getting someone to see themselves living there.
You can be the sole voice on the video, or our videographer will interject questions and comments to keep the conversation going and interest high. Your choice.
And if you’re camera-shy or just don’t have the time, we can tour and comment on a property without your participation.
