The same proprietary production system used by DBA to produce hundreds of ads per week can be licensed on an annual basis to facilitate ad building in a client's own production department.
The system, Admaker™, draws data out of the DBA system and formats it into an Adobe InDesign document in its finished form. There is no re-keying of data or copy and pasting of images or other components, ensuring that the content of an ad will be exactly identical to that seen in the online proof. A visual check and minor tweaking is all that is needed before submitting a finished ad to a publication.
Admaker™ is an alternative to DBA production, yet a step beyond vendor access. Clients who do in-house production may be able to use camera-ready delivery as a negotiating tool or to collect discounts or agency commissions offered by some publications.
